HOTEL PIER CUATRO CEBU, Cebu – A Smart Stay in the City

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, the location was fantastic, being close to the ferry and several local malls with restaurants. The rooms were clean, but I found the air conditioning unit to be quite noisy, which was a bit annoying. The service was friendly, but they were slow to accommodate requests, which could be improved. Overall, it has its perks but definitely needs some attention in certain areas.
